China software as service IP protection is low... Chinese govt is very strict on privacy to outsiders, in terms data flowing out... (what a surprise) given they are the beholder of everyone else data.... so 4Dx algorithms is more than likely needs to be secured in China cloud/site, and then this is where IP Protection is questionable for us... hence better NOT go there until you find a SOE partner you can work with when you are blue chip ...
