Problem is the inactiveness of the CEO. As I explained in past with example of the AVH, We need new CEO, the current one did good job up until now (company paid free options as well to compensate so far if i am not wrong) but moving further we need someone specialise in sales & marketing and pushing company to growth with solid experience in US market in the similar role with one of the top firm. Hope they don't end up with new CEO from the likes of so called lawyers or commerce gradates or accountants with absolutely no background in technology & medical device field.
To avoid getting this on the path of AVH, CEO change is much better option in my opinion.
