That is the point I was trying to make but some immature didn't get the whole picture and got excited !
Every biotech/medical device company goes through various stages from inception to commercialisation and it requires CEO with various skill set to mange & deliver those stages successfully, but you can't expect one human to have all those skill and work like superman/women.
As you explain and I also said this that AF can stay on board with his technical skill drive the company's research while approval of FDA now warrants new CEO who has significant experience in US drug/device market and who had successfully marketed & sold devices in US in similar MD company to drive next stage of 4DX growth.
AVH had a CEO who had lot of knowledge about various trial phases and FDA approvals but when the approvals were obtain the company didn't get much tractions on sales & marketing side (as expected by market) which then result into significant down turn in share prices and made difficult decision to let him go to replace with another CEO with more background into marketing & sales. the price recovered. PNV did the same with new CEO so did Sigma. Obviously, no one knows how they will perform in future but the track has changed and company share prices moved !
You can't expect one human to be AI generated Robot to be expert in technical, trials, approvals, compliance, marketing, sales , commercials etc. Also if your major market & approval is in US then CEO should be based in US speaking Yank language with republican and democrats ! Hence, a new CEO is required for 4DX.
It is like a car sales man can sell more cars at higher value then a car inventor and hence once investor finish inventing cars they move on to new position in organisation. Definitely there are exceptions like Elon Musk but again if you had that in 4DX then company would be in different horizon at the moment in my opinion and we all would be sitting on market cap of $100b with AF having $10b worth option outstanding

The sooner the management realise that 4dx is now in different stage of development / growth the better it is for everyone including AF & shareholders in my opinion.
