Agree with this clarification. The Teaming Agreement is for joint efforts and strategy to roll out into the VA - obviously this takes hard work and time, but clearly they are focused and putting the pressure on.

The Reseller Agreement pending would help with expansion of 4DX and Imbio software diagnostics across the U.S. (outside of the VA) -- and potentially (a) outside of the U.S. and (b) hardware too. I'm eager to see the latter!

Given our recent close relationship with Philips on their VA business (Christina Nichols and her team) and Gil Smith (Senior Director of Govt Health System Development, Philips) who handles Philips business with DOD Health and VA, and probably contacts with other Philips heads of commercial business, I think the Reseller Agreement should be forthcoming. Working through organisational bureaucracies and internal approvals for various departments do take a bit of time in addition to the documentation.
