I reached out and spoke with the company and have been assured the upcoming 4C will contain updates on commercial activities as well as Philips and the ATM facility, which was apparently well-received by larger investors (not your average run-of-the-mill dumb retail oafs), and as I've previously stated it was a savvy move to safeguard the company from sharks.
We'll have to wait and see what the Quarterly brings as naturally they couldn't discuss anything too material in nature with me.
