Again, if larger investor loved the ATM then they would have taken advantage of the falling share price but nothing is happening ! market is going down so not just poster you referring is misinterpreting or making up but you also misinterpreting what he interpreted ! so double misinterpretation.
Market reaction clearly shows what every one interpreted of the ATM but its seems interpreting information isn't your strongest point !
