Got some time to research where company sits in term of outstanding shares.
Now, listing was in 2020 so if you use that figure of 146m then you had dilution of 180% or in four year 45% per year.
Now this is just outstanding shares not the diluted total outstanding shares which will depend upon how many options get exercised etc etc but this rate of 45% dilution per year is significant.
Company provided no guideline on when they are targeting to be cash-flow positive in recent quarterly.
