Not sure if this has been shared, but I found the 5yr Strategic Plan (published August 2024) of the 'Interagency Working Group on Toxic Exposure' here:

The final few pages list all the agencies involved. The scale is much larger than I had assumed, so it pays to remember this will take time. Reading between the lines, any of the sections mentioning treatment and prevention would be where 4DX tech would be in the discussion.
