Basically they believe they now have enough for them to reach breakeven with this cap raise (I'm not saying you have to believe this but this is what they said).
They mentioned they have 'reached peak spend' for the company with spend now coming down as costs they have drop off.
Interestingly they said all of their payments terms with customers are 90 day terms, so none of the wins over the past 100 days have reached them yet. Hence its not shown as cash on the balance sheet.
