Well 149 staff is ridiculous for a non profit making business the bod needs to all sacked , staff costs would be alot more , if i was running the company i would sack 75% of the staff and the company would not need so many CRs and dilution to current shareholders, its not sustainable running the company like this, I agree you need to spend money to gain traction but no need to go overboard, how about we reduce Andreas wage down to 100k and see how he likes that.
