how can you justify 14% pay increase of CEO ? did you get any return on investment in term of share price appreciation or how much dilution you got or have you got cashflow positive?
14% increase in CEO wages.... which is significantly higher then inflation is not justifiable. if anything CEO should be taking pay cut and disclosing KPI to increase share price or targeting cashflow positive in order to look for 14% pay rise !
