2022 we had 133 employees for around 1m in revenue
2024 we have 145 employees for around 3.8m revenue.
Also we bought a company in 2024 that had up to 50 employees
In 2024 operating costs were reduced by 3.4% and AF has said they should continue to slide.
I don’t have all the answers so don’t pretend too but I’m pretty sure just laying off 100 + workers is not going to help the company grow. Might make the balance sheet look great but 4D won’t grow
