you made absolutely correct point. People buy share at 60c or 80c Think that they only need X % rise in share price to recover their loss don't realise that with dilution market cap calculation change so there will be more lifting required to get the same price again and on top of that if there are free options attached then many time people keep selling their stock hoping options might help.them recover losses creating even more pressure on sell side.
it is important for 4DX to replace CEO and Board in my opinion.
