    Hi. I would get a business coach in to assess the employees output to assess efficiency. It’s not always the case that the number of employees equals potential contracts, and traction. That would need only a handful to deal with that. For example it’s unlikely that they are in constant talks with the VA every day. The salary that AF is on is outrageous for the revenue at the moment. Like I said, what happens when this cap raise runs out? As investors we are to invest in undervalued companies. With the over promises and under delivering I have lost credibility for what AF says. Yes I think he needs to stay in the company but we need a new captain and to slash overheads to stay afloat.
