absolutely correct thank you for putting management in there place exactly right , adding more employees does not bring in more revenue unless each employee brings in contracts which is not the case it costs shareholders money and the company keeps doing CR its not rocket science , in this market it is really hard to raise capital so its best to be more prudent in how the company spends there money. I have been investing in companies for over 20 years and have seen alot of companies come and go because of overspending.
