It is not AF that is challenging the composition of the company, it is yourself. AF is an outstanding visionary, leads an expert team and I am sure obtains excellent information regarding operational business matters. People working in this field have very high level qualifications. His salary is commensurate with the business he is working to grow and the quality staff he manages. Highly educated people deserve high pay. The share price is hardly likely to rise if salaries are lower; more likely the ability to attract the necessary qualified staff will diminish is pay is low.
