Large corps specilize Uber.
They don't stay big by buying up all and any other companies.
Quite often when things get tough they actually need to divest subsidery businesses, because they are too big to manage then efficiently.Plus there's tonnes of reasons why thier goals right now is not to buy up 4DX stock.So it's not a reasonable argument as to why 4DX does not have potential.
