Sorry all, but I’m out. I don’t have confidence in the story, the lack of actual evidence that perfusion can be measured accurately enough with a non-contrast CT algorithm to have clinicians jump on board (and if it did, why others wouldn’t do similar AI algorithms as there are others publishing in this space), the execution risk around changing clinical practice, esp in the short term without published evidence, the high cash burn and need for more CR, the lofty marketing statements (such as they will capture 100% of the nuclear med market), the lack of institutional interest (if it was the greatest thing since sliced bread then why so much retail only interest), and inertia and barriers to change at the hospital level. I will keep watching progress, but it’s also a good opportunity for a tax loss. Good luck to the true believers - you might all be right. These are my own considered views, and I expect not the majority on this forum.
