I'm pretty sure what you just typed is a completely incorrect statement. There is nothing online about what you described, no court records, AI is picking up nothing.
Also it would mean a typo by the Supreme Court of Victoria making out that CYC is the defendant and not the plaintiff, that CYC has failed to rectify, which is highly unlikely.
Seems like a crazy thing to type when it's so easily disproved.
That all said, there has been no announcement from either company about the lawsuit, so I can't imagine the case is about a serious breach by CYC.
My guess is that it's just 4DMedical enforcing its IP boundaries to stop further future encroachment by CYC as it slowly gets strangled in the market over the next couple of years.
We'll wait and see I guess.
