Reading this it would appear it is only able to be used on deceased patients/organs, quite possibly as the radiation levels are extreme given the detail and depth it produces.
Still, goes back to a point I made a while back that other players could be emerging and the space can change rapidly even if 4DX believe they are years ahead of anyone, this can change very quickly!
