Assuming Escrow investors dumping their holdings - Not necessarily reflective of business operations.
Could happen for a number of reason i.e. Capital Gain/Loss, Tax, Hell! even paying for divorce lawyers (seen that on the market before!)
Important to stay optimist in the swings - The worry comes when Institutional Investors start dumping.
