2 things come to mind. 1) They obviously think the VA is higher probability than you do. 2) you need a network before you can gain traction with referrals & before your marketing $$ can be effective. They had issues growing the network in Aus but that looks to be gaining traction now. The network in US is still too small - it will take time & $$ to build that too.
I'm most happy about the Imbio purchase as i think it has derisked the whole scenario to an extent. With the growth trajectory & breakeven expected this year, in just a few years time that business alone will justify the current market cap so all the other possibilities are upside
