How many of the millions of shares that changed hands went into long term holders. Obviously not many.
Throw in at least one big seller last week(MQG?,ING?) and a lot of chares need to find a longer term home.
Don't know if the shorting ban is actually a problem here or whether the mere possibility is keeping buyers away
