apkjm, I think you might have something there. I have being having a great deal of trouble working out how WFE would get off the ground (to meet the expectations of share holders that is) given it's MC and cash position post a cr. Unless they raised $50m it's hard to see what they could buy that say Glencore hadn't.
Setting up an exchange with artisanal miners to get product to the end users, potentially refining it to some degree on the way would be a good foot in the door while they work on proving up tenements, and not expensive. It would all be about connections and transport. I think this could work and is more realistic than them purchasing a total cobalt operation as a going concern straight off.
