I mentioned this over a year ago, yet kept getting shouted down as being wrong. Back then it still looked possible to save the company, mainly because the extra loans/payments were not known about at the time.
WFE never tried to implement a strategy of using Independent Experts to show viability of the cobalt project. This was the huge red flag, yet most punters didn't want to see it so got caught and kept on the hook by the constant promise of 'deals'. My experience is that the promise of deals has never been worth the paper it is not written on.
The next few weeks will be interesting to see if the 'new team' can get the outstanding financials up to scratch. Good luck to holders, IMHO you are going to need a lot of luck.
