Joshua no investor is responsible for pushing wfe into a prolonged suspension except for utter mismanagement and incompetence. The lack of transparency, blaming the ASX for being heavy handed, when in reality this project was unviable from the outset is extremely problematic and in due time will be looked at from a legal viewpoint. We are awaiting the financials and the outcomes for wfe to determine the pathway to follow.
Yes investors are responsible for the buying and selling in general. However the intentions and conduct of the seller needs to be explored- the issue with wfe is that investors never got to act on-market regarding whatever strategy. A cobalt strategy was promoted on a public platform, the strategy was initiated but the investors never had a day to trade or invest following the initiation of this strategy. The responsibility of management was to determine whether this stock could continue ir reject the strategy to ultimately relist. This is where managements conduct i
during the suspension can be assessed as appropriate or not. How was the raised funding used ? where is the transparency in accounting? lack of financials are problematic. Detailed explanation of decision making process? So legally the wfe scenario has a distance to run.
