What acquisition, where has this been announced ?

No one thinks it's strange, a shell is worth $55M, the placement takers are up 4 bags already in a week, and yet no asset ?

No doubt they'll probably pump it higher, but I chose not to participate in plays where the downside to cash backing is back to 0.3c ... there are 10-20 other shells that could all easily 3-5 bag with far less downside

My interest here is simply knowing, what are people paying a now $55M valuation for ?
