The only thing I disagree with Von lately is his valuing the other projects at the price they were purchased which is stupid and he's just trying to make a point... if that was the logic spec stocks would never be worth anything. So let's call that $5m value? Factoring speculative value, and we have a diluted EV of $40m. But I wouldn't go as far as saying his entire valuation is flawed, from his perspective, so is yours lol.
