Reseller agreement with Tunstall Healthcare and other thoughts

Reseller agreement announced on Hsc’s LinkedIn page, personally feel like the company’s making progress.
The business model seems to indicate a subscription income stream since there’s mention of no upfront costs. On one level, it impacts company cash flow in the short term, but great passive income for the company in the long term.
Last quarterly financials seem to indicate at least 3 more quarters accounted for given the cash in the bank. Would assume perhaps even longer given the sale revenue from recently announced deals, though not sure of the cost associated with those agreements such like equipment and etc…. If anyone has time to go through company documents for inventory related info it would be useful
