    Im hearing from SI on good authority that one of the judges who was on the panel when summitomo last lost the case mentioned in this above pos in 2008 will also be apart of AVQ's hearing next month. A Judge Justice Goldsborough I have heard. Can others validate this as if true this could only be favorable for us surely
