    @HC Trader ... Lovely "bullish" summary from Hartley's BUT it appears their clients are taking their time reacting to it(published on the 3rd of Nov. and price is still below their buy level ... 33.5c)...or are they simply NOT INTERESTED!

    More likely, of course, they could be 'capping' it to allow their clients to get a good entry level!
