Tinaldo has left a sour taste in everyone's mouth and for Viking to still be interested in SC54A goes to show that NIDO F'd up and wont admit their mistake.
It's going to take something big to turn this ship around and change sentiment.
I would agree that Viking was privy to the report before they signed MoA.
