I didn't know that strat thanks for that info..
Viking are no fools they would have done the due diligence and assessed the risks involved.... In saying that I don't think Viking would have signed an MOU with NDO if the risks were to high.. Just applying some logic to this...
Also didn't the casing fail or was not plugged properly resulting in water seepage as another poster pointed out... Sorry can't remember who that was..
