Law NEVER applied. Goes no every week across the board.
Wastes so much of peoples time and effort.
Now the estate agent says it out loud!
It is easily fixed. The law should be:
The seller says publicly what price they want. Prior to auction.
When the a bid hits that price the property will be sold to the highest bidder.
If a bid does not reach the publicly stated reserve the seller can take it or leave it.
Vendor bids are also a crock of Shite.
