The more you talk the stupider you sound. And I'm still waiting for your list of lies that you say are off the charts. Not much to lie about with a fixed asset containing few moving parts. And with today's research tools at everybody's fingertips most external factors are easily exposed - good or bad. And for buyers of whom lack the confidence in their own decision making, there are buyers' agents and consultant builders. And for people like yourself that regard perception over fact, you are free to market and sell your property yourself. We are no longer living in the RE wild west of the 1950's, Bunn. The western world has moved on and is highly regulated with uncountable protections in place. Sure, there will always be bad actors in all sectors, but of RE one very rarely sees an unhappy vendor or purchaser, and it's rarer still to see a RE agent charged or prosecuted compared to the medical profession, the police, the legal profession, builders, banks etc. In other words, from a statistical point of view, RE agents are way down the list when it comes to illegal practices.
