I'm not expecting it by the month end. I'm not sure exactly how long the certification process takes, but I would have thought @ 18/1/10 (when there was only less than 2 weeks before the end of the month)a simple phone call to the certifiers would have confirmed their availability over the next 8 or 9 business days.
Happy to be proven wrong, but it sounded to me like it would more likely be in the first couple of weeks of Feb.
