I remember a couple of stocks that placed shares at $1 with big folks. People said that those at the big end wouldnt invest their money without knowing more than the average punter and that the stocks would be fine.
Take a look at the price of MHM and ARM now.
Still think this is a LT buy but dont assume that placements to these parties mean all is well.
