Didn't Towner offer to stand down from the board etc about now - 12 months ago?

With the "sale process" ongoing until at least Oct to ??? say next year guess he'll have to see it thru.

Hard to fathom why the SP is so weak if there's 3 offers. Still as Oz pointed out its already been in a solid downtrend for 4 years.
