I don't know what you have picked up, but, I would be a little throubled if I was management when they are looking for a $40 million loan facility, when their independent expert analyst states that the results are "Contingent" and that "the contingency in this calculation is that evaluation of the accumulation is insufficient to clearly assess commerciality"!!!!
