At the Melbourne meeting RC did say that the reserves upgrade would be announced 1st quarter. They were pondering whether to release three or four seperate ann with say 100 pj per ann or just one ann of say 400pj. There concern was how the market would digest the news. So the concern was strategic for market use, not whether the reserves were present or not. That was my take away from the meeting. Cheers.
