is it just me, or is that 'discussion' with the media on potential sales a little convenient as far as timing goes, some 5 or so days before the non-underwritten cap raising????
Sorry for the skepticism, but BOW have been talking about off takes for 12 months, almost as long as their 2P program has been going and not one! result from it yet.
