    I think that the upgrades will come sometime AFTER the Greek elections.

    1. Austerity Support - reserves next day
    2. NO Austerity Support - Theres been a holdup

    Thats just my opinion.

    I mean why throw good news into the mist of sh*t that Greece may turn out to be.
