@traps7, I love your chess analogy—playing defense is definitely a smart move when you're sitting on a project like Storm that’s primed to shift into high gear. What really stands out here is how unique this project is, both in terms of scale and ore quality. The chalcocite ore at Storm isn’t just another resource on the shelf—it’s a rare, high-grade surface deposit that spreads over an incredible 10 kilometers, which is almost unheard of in today's copper market. That’s why the upcoming JORC and transition to PEA are going to be game-changers.

You mentioned the recent sea lift, and I couldn’t agree more seeing those bulk samples removed and everything running smoothly shows that logistics won’t be a hurdle. Plus, the Nunavut government’s backing is huge, a nice vote of confidence!!! This isn’t just another exploration project; it’s being fast-tracked with local support and funding already flowing in. That’s rare in a region as vast and remote as Nunavut, where the infrastructure and regulatory hurdles can often slow things down.

Now, let’s talk financing. The fact that this project doesn’t require a wastewater treatment facility or massive infrastructure outlays is a game-changer. The estimated $30 million needed to kick off the ore sorter operation feels like a steal considering the long-term potential. And with DSO coming soon, the cash flow from pre-selling just 10,000 tons of chalcocite concentrate could easily fund the initial stages.

I also want to highlight what you mentioned about smelters loving this concentrate—no impurities. That’s basically a smelter’s dream. Once word spreads that Storm can deliver this kind of premium product, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see smelters lining up for long-term offtake agreements, guaranteeing AW1 and BAY the funding they need to push this project through to full production.

Looking ahead, 2025 is going to be the year of transformation for Storm. With the updated JORC, PEA, and PFS all coming together, and the drills ready to confirm even more upside across the Tornado, Blizzard, and Tempest areas, we’re on the cusp of seeing Storm evolve from a promising deposit into a flagship project for both AW1 and BAY.

It’s not just a board game anymore—it’s the opening of a new era in copper mining in Nunavut. Let’s see those drills become our best friends and unlock the full potential of this deposit!
