Honestly I think the price of Uni lands are out of reach for GGP and ATM any acquisition will come from private approaches or referrals of close sources.
Im not surprised if SG is a BIG fan of Horis and to get a Hori expert in and gaining the tech knowledge and engineering points to this.
Understanding the capabilities of our 1st 4 wells is the foundation for the rest of GGPs wells. Fine tuning them to maximum performance and longitivity of these wells is crucial for GGP to get maximum revenue and become self sufficient.
If JV talks stall then these 4 wells will become beneficial for revenue and funding of the drilling program to start again.
Whatever is in the kitty now is only good for so long and will need topping up again at some stage. Production would be the bet here if the wells are ready.
