    I think our lands P1 reserves are 4.3 MMBoepd (and 11.5 billion cfg )

    lets say this was proved up to what I would consider a conservative 12 MMBoepd (management estimated 14 MMboepd potential before they started to drill)

    12 MMboepd x $10 a Barrell in the ground divideded by 8800 acres = $13600 per acre

    I would consider that to be at the low end for our land proved up.
