I couldn't agree more and mentioned this in a previous post.

The facility has been approved as I understand it but the catch for CDU was the 18 month requirement to repay the balance after initial drawdown.......before production had commenced...... who in their right mind would commit to that ??? certainly not our board members thank heavens.

In this day and age, I avoid debt ......wish our own government had done the same and run the country within its means......boring.....maybe, but safe.
