Love the way you are putting it into words that hopefully the top end of town understands.......

At the end of the day it all comes back to basics, and whilst Minsheng was happy to advance the funds (obviously they have done their homework and perhaps even been privy to information regarding resource details etc that we have not)the basics of "capacity to repay" still apply and our management team has kept fully in touch with reality and not accessed the funds without as you say a sure fire revenue stream.......good job !!!

High profiled "number crunchers" have this country and indeed this world in a fine economic mess with all manner of debts amassed world wide.......they need to remember the basics........don't spend what you don't have and if you want it .....earn it.....takes time, but it is sustainable.

I know.....I,m old fashioned but live a lot better than most , without the aid of a credit card or personal loan of any sort........and am well satisfied in life.
