Thanks for taking the time in replying and you understand were I'm coming from that the definition of being able to transfer exploration and evaluation expenditure to development expenditure is pretty well the same definition in the JORC for converting a resource to reserves were as I think it was lost on Hoots. Glad to also see you think this is a commercially viable operation and I for one don't expect $1 dividends per quarter. One problem I did have in your response was that you contradicted yourself in a post from the other thread (crusher not working properly) "To me, it looks as though it was forced upon them by KPMG." verses now its "They are not preparing the accounts, they cannot order the company to change accounts, they examine the reports and comment on them."

By the way how do you go with our conversation a couple of weeks ago when I asked if you could find a Cu/Au copper deposit in the area with a SG of less than 2.2 let alone 1.96 or whatever you were suggesting. Could you also use your accounting abilities to explain to Hoots that the valve of the stock pile in inventories is arrived at from the money spent on development, exploration and evaluation per tonne rather then the copper content. Cheers for the banter I do enjoy reading your posts.
