TNT are AMU's junior partner, operator and are therefore not a consultant. They report because they are already being paid to manage the assets and do what the JV decides. Like all JV's, reserve reports are regularly updated. If they don't report like in any other JV they will be sacked as operator. They also have to report regularly for royalty holders and government and most importantly bankers. Therefore comments about who's paying who are showing one thing.
