There this guy called Tony aka the black mossie heading for the psycho's practice with a problem that just won't go away. So nurse lets him sit on the couch and the psych ask him: Now how can I help you??...Mossie says: Oh doc, oh doc, everywhere I go and everyone I meet just ignores me!? So that Doc gets up and shouts to the receptionist: Next one, pleeeze!!!...bahabahaw....
and yes COE sp is cruising into bargain territory again for whatever reason and easy picking for a takeover if one predator wishes to do so....the beach, santos, etc. could make a move if they found it worthwhile to add to their portfolio...but that's just playing mind games....cheers, anyway....
